Products & Specifications
Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria and Cameroon are responsible for over 70% of the world's cocoa production.
Dried and fully fermented seeds of the cacao tree (Theobroma cacao) — the primary ingredient in chocolate production. Rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, magnesium and iron, fermented, dried and prepared for export to international processors.
Semi-finished. The pure, pale-yellow fat pressed from cocoa mass. Stable and smooth-melting, it is essential in chocolate and confectionery and widely used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
A natural fat extracted from the nuts of the shea tree (Vitellaria paradoxa), native to West Africa. Rich in vitamins A and E and essential fatty acids, it is prized in skincare, cosmetics and hair care for its moisturizing, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Semi-finished. Also known as cocoa liquor, it is made by finely grinding roasted cocoa nibs into a rich paste that sets solid. The base ingredient for chocolate makers and food manufacturers.
Semi-finished. The solid material left after cocoa butter is pressed from cocoa mass. It is sold as it is or ground into cocoa powder for the food and beverage industries.
Semi-finished. Made by grinding cocoa cake into a fine powder. Available in natural and Dutch-processed (alkalized) forms for baking, beverages and chocolate production.
